ERROR [IMPORT TO LOCALHOST]

I've got an error while import to localhost.

#1064 - You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near 'GO -- end-of-command DROP PROCEDURE IF EXISTS "sp_install_rise_model"; GO -- e' at line 2

What this means? Thanks for explanations;

I've use windows7 32 & 64 bit.
