I can mirror my iphone with roku express perfectly and can cast everything such as youtube, other apps to my big TV screen (Phillips) via airplay with Roku express except only Netflix. When i access to Netflix on my iphone i can also see it on TV (the page where u can choose the movie you want) but when i press to play any specific movie on my iphone to cast it to my big tv screen, my iphone always shows the message as attached screenshot while my TV to which the roku expess connected to dont show anything. However if i just watch that movie on my iphone without mirroring/casting to Tv via rokun airplay then everything is normal and i can watch that movie all over my iphone screen. Anyone encountered the same problem pls advise me? Many thanks!

Installed the 3 pack M4 few days ago and everything seems fine except one, extremely annoying, thing: Netflix on a Samsung smart TV stops streaming after 5 minutes from when I hit the play button on the remote. I get a tvq-pb-101 (3.1.-82) error code, which means you'll need to disconnect the TV from power in order to resolve this.
Youtube and all other content of TV don't have any problem. Even after Netflix stops, I can switch to Youtube and stream there. TV also indicates it's connected to the network while Netflix stopped working.
The system is in router (not AP) mode, and that's about all I know regarding configuration.
Please help!
@Asaft I have the same problem with my Deco E4,I've been using it for almost a year then suddenly this afternoon netflix stopped working/ can't be accessed in router mode, In AP mode on smart TV does not work.
After rebooting the smart TV, Netflix would start streaming again, and will stop exactly after 5:50 minutes of streaming, display 'loading 25%' for about a minute, and then display the error. This will happen after every reboot.
hi, after upgrading my iphone i added netflix on smart benefit, got sent link to activate netflix, entered mobile no, got sent a code, entered code then got "we have a technical issue please try again" if this happens to you, enter the link ee.co.uk/netflix on a laptop/tablet and it will activate your netflix account,
EE misleading advertising is like a robery.
I upgraded my contract up to 120 per month,
just because advertising said I get Netflix subscription in inclusive add ons,
but Netflix can not be chosen,
I get 3 different option within iam not interested at all.
That is kind of stilling, I fill like I was trick by your company. What a shame.
