Unplug the 4-pin plug located at the tip of the key cylinder and plug it into the female end of the T-Harness. Then, plug the male end of the 4-pin plug from the T-Harness into the empty immobilizer connector as shown below. Make sure the plugs are tight and secure.

Unplug the larger 7-pin plug located at the end of the key cylinder and plug it into the female end of the T-Harness. Then, plug the male end of the 7-pin plug from the T-Harness into the empty ignition connector as shown below. Make sure the plugs are tight and secure.

Optional Hood Pin or Toggle SwitchMost vehicles come equipped with a factory hood pin that is read by the EVO-ALL module. This is a safety feature - when the hood is open the remote starter will not activate. Here is how to tell if you have a factory hood pin:

Programming the EVO-ALL is just like programming a spare key. The programing steps you are doing are simply Ford spare key programming. To program a spare key to the vehicle, it needs to see two different key codes to access the spare key program menu. A cloned or copied key will not work - the vehicle will think you are putting the same key back in twice. Following the three-second timing detailed below is very important.

Before starting the programming sequence, make sure that none of the connectors are plugged into the EVO-ALL. Instructions for programming the EVO-ALL are below. Here are a few important tips to help you avoid common mistakes:

Tip - MPC140 vehicles are for older vehicles and in some instances can be programmed with one key and an updater (sold separately) and with different program directions. Contact MPC support for details.

Adding Optional Long-Range ControllersThis system can accept up to 4 RF remotes of the same type at a time. Only one controller type may be used by this system at a time. RF remotes will not work along with smartphone module. The vehicles OEM remotes will continue to work as normal with any external controller type.

5.3 Connections needed when adding an RF or MyCar KitThese connections are ONLY needed when connecting a MyCar kit or RF remotes and want to use the lock and unlock functions. For kits using the factory remote to activate the remote start skip these connections.
