It’s here! It’s here! RIPUL 2026 signups are LIVE!!
Signups will be open for 24 HOURS, so there is no need to rush through the process. Be sure to fill out the application completely and honestly. All players are expected to comply with our Community Agreement, which can always be found on the RIPUL home page. If you have applied to be a captain this summer, please still fill out the application and pay; once captains are selected, those people will be reimbursed. We are still looking for more captains!
To avoid any confusion in signups, please note these particular acronyms:
DoW = Defender of Women
DoM = Defender of Men
DoC = Defender of Choice (Primarily intended for gender expansive players)
IMPORTANT STEPS
1) Please be honest about your skill level. Purposefully sandbagging your skills or attendance isn’t appropriate; there are several new captains this year who will not know everyone or their history, so please put your appropriate skill level & availability when filling out the application. You will also be prompted to add a picture; please add a current, up-to-date picture, as this will help captains out while drafting.
2) When you sign up, it will direct you to Paypal/Venmo. BE SURE TO COPY the email & ID # when instructed and PASTE IT as a note when you Paypal/Venmo the money over. That way, we can see which payment corresponds to which applicant. Otherwise, we have to guess, and we will not be sure your payment was received. Please take the extra minute to ensure you follow this step!
3) When you fill out the application, it will ask you for your preferred jersey size. Due to stock, there is no guarantee that the size you request will be available. We will do our best to provide you with the closest available size if that is the case. If you would like to opt-out of a jersey, there is an option for that as well.
4) You will receive an email within 48 hours of signing up and paying, to notify you that you are accepted into the lottery. Since this is an automated email, please be sure to check your spam filter for it.
LOTTERY/NUMBER OF TEAMS
This year, we are aiming to square up our DoW numbers before we figure out the lottery situation. We would love to have our usual 16 teams, but only if the number of DoW per team works out that way. Our goal is to get at least 7 DoW/team, which means 112 players (16 teams). Here is how our process will work out:
After the 24 hour period, we figure out how many DoW we have and determine the number of teams we can have.
If we can only have 14 teams, we will run the lottery and waitlist everyone else that doesn’t make it in (assuming there are enough DoM)
If we have enough for 16 teams, we will run the lottery and waitlist everyone else that doesn’t make it in (assuming there are too many DoM)
If we only have enough DoW for 14 teams, we will leave registration open and hope that more DoW sign up so we can add 2 more teams.
If we do, we will run a 2nd lottery for the remaining DoM (if needed) for the additional 2 teams, and waitlist everyone else.
If we do not end up getting enough DoW to warrant adding 2 more teams, the waitlisted DoM will get a lottery bypass for RIPUL 2027.
If we need to run a lottery this year, players who recruit new DoW to the league will BYPASS the lottery, as well as receive a small refund ($20).

CLINICS
We will have 2 clinics before the season starts; a Skills/Beginner Clinic & a DoW/DoC Clinic! If you are interested in attending either of them, please fill out the forms below!
Skills/Beginner Clinic May 6th @ Lincoln School Fields, 6-8pm
DoW/DoC Clinic May 13th @ Lincoln School Fields, 6-8pm
