2 phases

start from buyer with "finish on timeout" with continuous chunks, forces buyer to cancel if not everyone accepts

then seller signals buyer directly

then buyer finalizes, and the demurrage starts. it forces each hop to forward.

same demurrage then also provides guaranteed basic income

simpler than my 3 phase and with basic income by demurrage built in

buyer suggests demurrage rate and paths that accept it can be found, people have "trust index" with their demurrage rate, accept above 50% and below 150% this rate
