I am looking to create smart contracts on the Ethereum Virtual Machine EVM that will be taking place on the new Flare Networks protocol:

This is the new project ^ it is allowing smart contract capabilities/ staking for a multitude of assets that don't already have this utilization (xrp, xlm, doge).
I would like to create a Dapp built on the new Flare Networks protocol which runs on the XRP Ledger.
