Upcoming Devnet Reset on Monday, February 3, 2025

Devnet is scheduled for a reset on Monday, February 3, 2025.  Other networks will continue to operate as usual.

As part of the Devnet reset, we will also be updating the Devnet validator list with a new publisher key.

As a reminder, Devnet is operated to help the community to test features and integrations without involving real money.  Devnet acts as a preview of proposed and upcoming features based on the `develop` branch of the source code.

As previously announced, the Devnet reset was completed today.

As part of the Devnet reset, the Devnet validator list was updated with a new publisher key to support the UNL v2 format.
