[ACTION REQUIRED] XRP Ledger version 2.6.2 released

Version 2.6.2 was recently released. If you run an XRP Ledger server, please upgrade to version 2.6.2 to ensure service continuity.

This version contains all the fixes and improvements from version 2.6.1, and additionally:

• Skip processing transaction batch if the batch is empty.
• Remove directory size limit.
