[ACTION REQUIRED: EMERGENCY] XRP Ledger version 3.4.1 released

XRPL version 3.4.1 is now available. Please update your nodes.

This is an emergency release, so there are no release notes at this time. They will be published later.

The fixBatchV1_2 amendment has entered its two-week activation period (details listed below). Please update your XRPL nodes to 3.4.1 as soon as possible to avoid service disruptions and amendment blocking.

As a reminder: DEB and RPM packages have moved to packages.xrplf.org and are signed with an XRPLF key. Updating includes a few extra commands you can find here: Update Guide

Amendments
(1 new, Default Yes)

• fixBatchV1_2: addresses a minor issue with Batch. The amendment is marked as Default Yes.
