[ACTION REQUIRED] XRP Ledger version 1.9.2 released

XRP Ledger (rippled server) version 1.9.2 has been released and introduces NonFungibleTokensV1_1, a new amendment that combines the now-deprecated NonFungibleTokensV1, fixNFTokenDirV1 and fixNFTokenNegOffer amendments to simplify voting on the XLS-20 standard. 

NonFungibleTokensV1_1 also prevents activating critical fix amendments out of order.

Server operators should upgrade to version 1.9.2 within two weeks to ensure service continuity.
