[ACTION REQUIRED] XRP Ledger version 3.0.0 released

Version 3.0.0 was recently released. If you run an XRP Ledger server, please upgrade to version 3.0.0 to ensure service continuity.

The release contains the following important new fixes:

• fixAMMClawbackRounding
• fixIncludeKeyletFields
• fixMPTDeliveredAmount
• fixPriceOracleOrder
• fixTokenEscrowV1

The release contains the following unsupported new amendments:

• DynamicMPT
• LendingProtocol
• fixDelegateV1_1

An unsupported amendment means that it is disabled and cannot be voted on. These amendments are almost code complete, but are not yet at 100%. They are included in the release, because doing so allows us to keep code changes small during development, which makes them easier to test and therefore reduces risk. Moreover, this also opens up the possibility for you to try them out by running rippled in standalone mode without needing to compile the code.
