[ACTION REQUIRED] XRP Ledger version 3.1.2 released

XRP Ledger Software version 3.1.2 is available. 

This release includes a hotfix addressing an edge case where transactions involving Permissioned Domains could cause outages on public-facing rippled nodes.

XRPL node operators are highly recommended to upgrade to this version to ensure continued stability.
