[ACTION REQUIRED] XRP Ledger version 3.1.0 released

Version 3.1.0 was recently released. If you run an XRP Ledger server, please upgrade to version 3.1.0 to ensure service continuity.

The release contains the following new fix:

• fixBatchInnerSigs
  

The release contains the following new amendments:

• LendingProtocol
• SingleAssetVault

Both these amendments must be enabled for the Lending Protocol to be fully usable.
