Testnet has been upgraded to rippled 1.5.0-rc2

As of March 13, 2020, the Testnet and Devnet validators have been upgraded to rippled version 1.5.0-rc2.

The 1.5.0 release of rippled will include at least two new amendments:

The two new amendments were enabled on Testnet about two hours ago. Testnet rippled servers should be upgraded to version 1.5.0-rc3 to continue operating.

To install rippled 1.5.0-rc3:

You can build from source: https://github.com/ripple/rippled

OR:

Ubuntu: https://xrpl.org/install-rippled-on-ubuntu.html

In step 5, as explained in the docs, instead of stable, use unstable to get the release candidate. In other words, instead of bionic stable you should use bionic unstable .
