Anyone Ripped and Compressed Green Hornet? Terrible Quality!!

I got the movie Green Hornet today, and immediately wanted to back it
up. Everything went fine no stalls or error messages but when I went
to play the movie on computer or television, I got almost unwatchable
quality. I don't know what to call them exactly but it appears there
are many little bars making up each frame. This is the first time an
entire movie is this low of quality. Is there anything I can do?
