Well as usual, time permitting Ripit comes through again! Thanks Scott

Is a new version available? If so how do I proceed? Thanks.

He probably has the download from the site and not the beta download. If he's not using the beta it won't find the update. RipIt uses letters to indicate beta releases and not production releases.

Yes I recently downloaded from the TLAF site and purchased the product.   After running into issues with quite a few recent discs I googled and found this group.   I may have to wait until they release the updates officially.   Or if I can get the beta that'd be cool too (I've written in to support but have not yet heard back).   If it is a straightforward update I'd guess it will be released soon.
