Mission Impossible 4 Ghost Protocoal doesn't rip. Rip It 1.6.6.

Goes to 100% and the file just gets bigger and bigger on your hard drive. I stopped it after it hit 20 GB.

The problem you are describing is common with some types of DVD protections.  For simplicity, Ripit doesn't provide a movie only (without extras) option, which would generally allow a 1:1 rip of just the movie.  Fortunately, there are other programs out there that do.  

You can report a problem using the help menu in your ripit program.  It will ask for detailed DVD information that they can use to develop a fix through a future update.
