The x11-libs/qwt has_version check should look for qwt:6 wrt the specified
dependencies, the end of the elog text and the following cmakeargs.

This patch is invalid. If >=qwtpolar-1 installed, qwt:6 installed to,
because that in deps >=qwtpolar-1. But if qwt:5 installed need to linking
with qwt:6. Checking in ebuild valid now.
