missing "mono" use flag in IUSE

Ebuild for openwsman 2.3.5 and 2.3.6 misses "mono" flag in IUSE variable.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. "emerge openwsman" ends with error:
* ERROR: sys-apps/openwsman-2.3.6::rion failed (configure phase):
* USE Flag 'mono' not in IUSE for sys-apps/openwsman-2.3.6

Patch attached.

I'm not sure if I understand you replay correctly :). Should I create a new
patch with a commit message so you could just apply it and push it? I
thought that this would be enough.

I believe it's so. I'm just not a maintainer of this package. So I assigned
the task to someone who should review.

Ahh, OK. I was just confused with the comment message and missed
