I did start Firefox in safe mode and the pink went away, suggesting that one of my add-ons was to blame, but after disabling all of them one at a time (except for the default theme ...the only one I have) the pink remained.
In my initial post, I explained that I already had started in safe mode and the pink was gone. But disabling my add-ons one at a time did not fix my problem. And, once again ...the default is my ONLY theme.
Hi! I'm Bart Bonte, a Belgian independent game designer and bontegames.com is where I blog about new interesting browser and mobile games. My own games are all in the left column (or at the bottom of this page on mobile). More info about me and my games on bartbonte.com.

Thanks, Bart, you truly are an emissary of joy. I don't know if it's me, but level 9 seems to not be workable. I tried repeatedly to do what I assume would be the solution, that is, to push the fruit slice off the screen to the left side and pick it up on the other side by circling your mouse around the game screen. When it didn't work, I broke down and checked for a solution and the one on youtube was for the mobile app. It seemed that I was on the right track, so I went back and tried again on the browser version, but had no luck. I tried it on chrome and edge and neither worked. I'll give it a few more shots. Again, maybe it's me, but I wanted to let you know just in case. Thank you, Bart!
The letter-sliding puzzles (levels 18, 23 on the browser version) are a great idea. I don't think I've seen exactly that mechanism before.
I can hardly wait for the next in the series. Chartreuse? Indigo?
I'm doing Pink in browser and had a lot of fun until reaching what I think is Level 25 -- with the 1,2,4 labeled buttons and a pink button. Initially I couldn't figure it out so wound up using all three clues and by the time I think I kinda figured it out, I was up to 36 (nine 4s ??). With no reset button I had to quit the game because it was no longer making sense and it seemed like I was just going around in circles with no solution in sight. Other than that last(?) level, Pink was a joy to play and very intuitive. Thank you, Bart!
@jcfclark - that's level 24.
If you imagine each bar is numbered 1 through 6 from left to right, you need to light them up one by one by using the number buttons to make each number and pressing the pink button. So for the first bar, just press the 1, then the pink button. To light up the third bar, you need to press 1 and 2, then the pink button.
I tried both Ubuntu 20.04 and 18.04. But none of the AWS's amd64 and arm64 instances and my Raspberry Pi will let me run the browsers through VNC, even though I had the exact same set up a year ago, and everything worked (although just the AWS instances, both amd64 [t3a] and arm64 [t4g] I believe, and I didn't try my Raspberry Pi back then).
If you happen to be utilizing the Opera GX browser that is the cause as it utilizes our SDK to take control over our RGB products if iCUE is installed and running. You will need to either disable those settings in the browser settings, or you will need to disable the integrations options in the iCUE settings. If you disable the integration option in the iCUE settings it will also disable RGB integration with supported video games though.

Hey!! for some reason, bold italic text on the theme is a blue/green or blue/blue gradient. maybe update to be a plain text? or even a pink solid or gradient? im assuming its leftover unchanged code from the blue topaz theme? thanks !

Pink is the sequel to Green and the sixth entry in Bart Bonte's colour series. It released January 28, 2021 on mobile and May 26, 2021 on browser. Each level has its own gimmick but the same goal: turn the screen entirely pink.
Hint 1: Swipe and find a path that visits each sideonly once.
Hint 2 shows a possible solution
A Walk Once puzzle. Find a path that will pave every side pink but will not make any retraces.
Hint 1: Push the buttons to find a path that fills everything.
Hint 2 shows part of the solution
Hint 3 shows the rest of the solution
Of course, the buttons move the pink square in their direction. But this time, it travels all the way until it hits the edge, its path, or the 16-block.
