The setup of a NEXSMART surveillance camera can be completed in less than 1 minute. In the development of our surveillance cameras, we have put focus on having them be as user-friendly as possible. A normal surveillance camera may require advanced knowledge of IP addresses, your Router's settings and much more that you are definitely not in control of. Our cameras do not require any technical prerequisites at all. Install our App on your phone. Enter your Wi-Fi code and scan a QR code with the camera.

When you have placed an order on our website, you will receive an automatically generated order confirmation. This is a confirmation that we have received your order. We reserve the right to cancel your order for any reason.

When using Credit Card as payment method, we will not charge your credit card, until your order has been shipped from our warehouse. Some Credit Cards, will however reserve the amount on your account.

Please notice, we do not accept packages that are shipped to a Pick-Up Location. Any such package will be returned at your own cost. To avoid issues, make sure that you are shipping with door-to-door service.

All our cameras have built-in intelligent motion detection and notify you directly on your mobile phone via push notifications of activity. The messages come in real time as the camera detects movement, so you are alerted immediately. You can of course set different sensitivities on the motion detection depending on your needs.

When motion is detected, you can also automatically record everything that happens, either directly on an SD card in the camera (purchased separately), or via Cloud (subscription required). You have access directly in the App to browse and play back all your saved recordings.

We want to change this, and therefore you will not be able to find our products in any stores. You can only buy our products right here, on our very own official website. When you buy one of our products, you are purchasing it directly from us. There are no additional cost added to fuel the distribution and retail supply chain.

But you do not even have to be at the keys yourself. The intelligent motion detection can be activated to move the camera on its own and follow an identified motion. In other words, the camera will simply follow the burglar as far as it can!
