Description: FireShot could not connect to the host app via the WebSockets protocol. Either the application "fireshot.exe" is not running, or some firewall software is blocking FireShot.

Solution:

Make sure the application "fireshot.exe" is running. To do this, either use the Task Manager, or check if the blue "S" icon exists in your system tray.
If the application is not running, please follow the steps provided for the error "couldn't open library sss.dll: error 126" (the topmost error in this list).
If the application is running, please check your firewall software for any blocking rules being set for the application "fireshot.exe".
