Rio Vista Greens was featured in the Northern Valley Suburbanite on April 29, 2008, in an article titled "Senior housing boosts town" by Sophia Gonzalez. The article discusses the positive effect of additional tax revenue derived from the Rio Vista development in Borough of Northvale, NJ.
Rio Vista Greens is a secure gated community (55 or older) situated in Northeast Bergen County with amenities including a clubhouse, pool, and 1.2 acres of parks.
