Rio Vista is pleased to announce the leasing of 1700 square feet to
Dr. Richard Shin of Alpine Periodontics and Dental Implants at the New
Jersey Health Care Center.

Dr. Shin is a highly regarded specialist in periondontal disease, gum
disease and dental implants. He graduated with honors from the New
York University School of Dentistry in 1999, fulfilled residency
requirements at Down State Medical Center and Kings County Hospital in
Brooklyn, and has since performed over 10,000 surgical procedures. In
2003 he became board certified and also received “Best Clinician
Award” from the Department of Periodontology at NYU, where he is a
member of the dental school faculty.

Alpine Periodontics and Dental Implants strives to achieve patient
satisfaction with an experienced and competent staff. Periodontal
surgery, gum transplantation, gum treatment, bone graft procedures,
and teeth implantation and transplantation are services provided
utilizing state of the art technology and equipment.
