5.1.7.zip is not found

I would like to report that the download and maven repo access of 5.1.7 fails, but still works for 5.1 and 4.2.

Let me correct this. It is true for downloads from the project website.

Maven repo works, I missed the changed dependency definitions.

Is the distribution link for 5.1.7 bad? Or are the dependencies unresolavable? Let me know, should be an easy fix.
