SO SORRY for missing the meeting!

Yikes! Richard & I are so sorry (& embarrassed!) about missing last
week's meeting -- especially since apparently, I'm the one who set it
up. Since I didn't actually hear from anyone about whether last
Saturday would have worked, we thought things were still up in the air
& hence didn't show up.

We'll definitely come to the next one.

DESIGN: Richard is extremely handy & talented at landscaping, plus he
has lots of tools ... so he wants to work with Ann & Caroline on the
design. Meanwhile, I would be happy to keep our design/plan updated
(it's drawn to scale & will be easy for the Parks & Recreation folks
to follow) & to create a spreadsheet with our lists & description of
materials & costs.

ASSISTING THE LIAISON: I'm volunteering to work with Seneca & provide
any documents & materials she requires in her function as our liaison
with Parks & Recreation (see above).

OUTREACH: I definitely want to help Vicki & Robin with outreach,
including press releases & that sort of thing.

Huge thanks to Seneca & Moire for facilitating the meeting & posting
the minutes. It looks like the meeting was extremely productive.
