Is RingoJS still active?

Hello, I would like to ask if RingoJS is still active or already an abandoned project?

RingoJS is still active and used in production. The largest deployment is at ORF.at, which is in the Alexa Top 5 websites of Austria (just behind Google, Wikipedia, Facebook and Amazon) with ~ 500 million page impressions per month. So yes, Ringo is still maintained and imrpoved, but releases normally upgrade the components (Jetty and Rhino) and you don't see big moves in the core itself.
