Use a package from a command line programm

What is the preferred method to add a packages to a command line Ringo
app? In webapps I just put the package into WEB-INF/packages, what is
the equivalent for command line apps?

For now, symlink the package into the packages/ dir of your RingoJS
runtime.

Short-term, we could expose a loadPackage function from the packages
module. Mid-term, we'll most likely want something like virtualenv (or
Narwhal/Tusk's "sea", if I'm not mistaken).
