ringojs, stick PDF docs

Hi,

I created a little project to make PDF docs from the RingoJS 0.11 and
Stick 0.4 html api docs:

You can download the docs directly using these url's:

I used wkhtmltopdf for the conversion.

I was able to email a copy to myself, and view on IOS devices using
the free Adobe Acrobat Reader App[1].

I tried a few other pdf apps, but Adobe app was one of the few that
correctly retained the internal document links, which allow you to
navigate the doc just as on the web site.
