Removal of Continuations Support

Does the removal of continuations support break the stick approach to asynchronous web requests? The continuation demos in Stick appear to no longer work. Is there a recommended/documented way for Stick to work with AsyncResponse?

Yes, Robert's rewrite also removed continuations. Support for will be removed with the next release of stick.
