Ringo 0.12 feature freeze

Hello!

I think we reached a point where a new release is just around the corner. At the moment a lot of issues in the 0.12 milestone will be closed together with the release and only one PR is open:

If you think anything else than the current issues collected under the 0.12 milestone should be part of 0.12, please provide feedback in this discussion. Otherwise I'm starting to prepare the release in the next days.
