Thisgame revolves heavily around choices you make. They can improve or decrease relationships with the characters. This walkthrough is made to assist others in helping them make the right choice for their game. Good luck and happy playing!
This decision will affect your romantic options for the entirety of this book.Disabling romancing option for men, women or both genders, alters many choices. If there are at least two neutral options, you don't get a third, romantic one. If there is only one neutral option, you don't get romance point for a second, romantic one. Sometimes you skip the whole choice, which is available only if you pursue someone romantically.
You will be asked six questions (Choices 12-17) to determine your secondary attunement; Choice 18 will only occur if you get a tie between two, three, or all six attunements. In a six-way tie, you will only get five options and not get the option to choose Metal. No matter what, your primary attunement will be Sun. Potential secondary attunements are Air, Earth, Fire, Water, Metal, and Wood.
You only get this choice if you have a two, three, or five-way tie. You get two, three, or five possible answers directly deciding your secondary attunement. The first option won't appear if you have a five-way tie.
+Impressed if you are Fire-Att and choose Fire twice, or Fire and Air. It happens also when you choose Sun and then Fire, regardless of your secondary Attunement. Your flame grows overly large, what scares Professor Englund, who will be only 1 +Impressed.
"Bubble Bubble" if you made a correct daydream potion during Chapter 5, either by making the correct choices or using diamonds to remake it. If you did not make a correct daydream potion at all, the above choice is skipped entirely.
Professor Englund will not discover you two regardless of your choice. Using the marble though gives you more time to investigate and allows you to see two magickal signatures in the room, prompting Atlas's suspicion at the start of Chapter 13 that two people are working together against you.
Although there is no lasting effect for any of them, the coin reacts differently to each with "Peace and quiet" being completely dim, "Power and fame" being a blinding light. The effect for "Perfect grades" varies from dim to brilliant beams of light.
Although there is no lasting effect with any combination, there are nine different results: strawberry edge - fortune lines on your hand glow; strawberry center - grow iridescent wings on back; strawberry corner - get shimmering scales on hands and wrists; blueberry edge - you make bird calls; blueberry center - croak like a frog; blueberry corner - burp musically; lemon edge - levitate; lemon center - telekinesis; lemon corner - see elemental auras around others including Dean.
"Cake Walk" and +Impressed Atlas if you got 7 Offense.
"No Sweat" if you got ? Defense.
"Down for the Count" if MC got ? -Life.
"Hanging by a Thread" if Atlas got ? -Life.
If you have got enough romance points with your LIs, the highest two will one by one have a private moment with you before rejoining your friends. In the case of romancing both men and women, one from each gender is picked (in my case they are Griffin and Aster, where I certainly have more romance points with Beckett than Aster). If you only have enough romance points with one LI, you will only get one private moment and If you disabled all romance options, you won't get those scenes.
If you have got enough romance points with your LIs, the highest two will one by one have a private moment with you before leaving for the Hall of Mirrors. In the case of romancing both men and women, one from each gender is picked.
The Final Repository is the fourtieth and final main quest within Hogwarts Legacy; where you delve into the final repository, and have a climactic showdown against Ranrok for the fate of Hogwarts, and the world at large. This page is part of IGN's full Walkthrough for Hogwarts Legacy.
This page acts as a comprehensive breakdown of The Final Repository quest within Hogwarts Legacy, including a full walkthrough and coverage of any optional objectives, including the path to both the good and bad endings.
As you meet and speak with Professor Fig in the Map Chamber, Rackham explains you are finally ready, and must resist the temptation to destroy or harness the magic within the repository. The map in the floor dissipates and descends, revealing a secret staircase and a door. Head down the stairs and through the door to enter the Keepers' Caverns.
Upon entering, you must follow what is essentially a long winding linear path through the caves, dealing with enemies as they emerge. You'll eventually enter an arena with two Fortified Trolls alongside regular Goblin Loyalists, all of whom you'll need to defeat.
Back in control, head across the bridge to a small combat arena against some Loyalists, and then a Fighter Troll will break through. Bring them all down, and after a lucky hit from Professor Sharp creates a bridge you can use, you and Fig reach the entrance to the repository.
Choosing "I intend to keep it contained here" causes Fig to breathe a sigh of relief, knowing your plan is to keep it contained and not repeat the mistakes of Isidora, and you can then choose whether to keep it a secret "for now" or "forever". Regardless of your choice here, Fig agrees this is the right path. Ranrok arrives shortly thereafter with Miriam's wand, and casts a destructive spell that blows the repository open.
After Fig seemingly dies getting crushed by falling debris, you slip and fall. Down a small slope, the battle against Ranrok begins. Please refer to the Defeat Ranrok section below for a full breakdown of the final boss fight.
After defeating Ranrok, as the dark magic runs rampant, you use the Keepers' Wand to summon a new repository cage to contain the magic with the help of Professor Fig, who shortly thereafter dies from his injuries.
Ranrok, with the power of the repository unleashed, has taken the form of a shadowy dragon. He is invulnerable to regular spell attacks, so you must keep an eye out for floating magical balls that you'll need to strike with a spell of the corresponding colour.
After you deplete his first segment of health, he will destroy a wall and allow you to progress into the next stage of the fight. Sprint all the way down the path to the second battle stage, where the same process applies of hitting the colored orbs to make Ranrok vulnerable, but now you must hit two orbs before he can be hurt.
Depleting the second segment of health will allow you to slide down into the very bottom of the cavern, in a large circular arena. Though he has 1 large health bar left, this is still divided into two phases. First will be much like the previous two, but three orbs must be hit successfully before you can damage Ranrok. The final phase has Ranrok land down in his dragon form, where he can charge, swipe, and still spit fireballs. Edurus Potions are MVP here if you happen to have any, as you'll likely take some hits whilst you take care of FOUR different orbs before Ranrok can be targeted.
Fully depleting his health will have him in the center of the arena, where you must hit a final 3 orbs that all dissipate very quickly, meaning you'll need to switch between spell types quickly or they'll move to a new location in the arena. Hit them all, and Ranrok will be defeated.
Choosing "I intend to open it" when speaking to Professor Fig, he will be shocked, and ask that you reconsider after all you've learned regarding Isidora's fall into darkness and obsession. If you double down and say the power shouldn't be contained, or that you want it specifically for yourself, then Fig will be in disbelief that this is your choice. Before he can say any more, Ranrok arrives with Miriam's wand and casts a spell that destroys the last repository, freeing all the dark magic and emotion within.
Upon defeating Ranrok, as the dark magic runs rampant, you use your wand to summon all of the dark magic towards and into you, channeling it to become very powerful with your eyes flashing red, harnessing it and guiding the remaining dark magic around the room as you will it.
Regardless of which Ending you chose, everyone gathers in the Great Hall as Professor Black delivers a speech. Struggling to get words out, Professor Weasley steps in, and after a fond farewell and thank you to Professor Fig, you all raise a glass in his honor.
A conversation with Ominis begins, where you reveal that it was in fact Rookwood that cursed Anne, not Goblins, and he departs to get that information to both Anne and Sebastian as fast as possible. You return to your dorm as the season outside turns to spring, where you can finish up the school year by concluding any and all unfinished business, within the pages of your Field Guide, or out in the open world.
The purpose of this walkthrough is to guide the player from beginning to end without dying (i.e., survive to see Elodie's coronation). The choices are kept as simple as possible (e.g, not attending many of the optional events) so as not to reveal too much plot. The week-to-week guide describes the choices made in each week, and the other sections explain the logic behind these choices.
In this walkthrough, Elodie makes conservative choices to avoid problems. She does not go to parade, the birthday party, or the tournament. She executes criminals, accepts a marriage proposal, and sends Adair to his stepmother to avoid angering nobles. She does not raise taxes and provides a feast to appease the commoners. To avoid complications, Elodie avoids instigating warfare and chooses not to invest in projects.
The crystal is obtained by talking to Julianna twice for information, talking to your father to inquire its whereabouts, talking to Julianna again, going to the Treasury with Accounting >=70, and then talking to Julianna one more time to activate the crystal.
