HTC One M8 issue

I find the lack of the "options/settings/menu/whateverYouWannaCallThat" button kinda frustrating. Ringdroid is saving the tones it creates to the phone memory rather than the SD card, and Handcent (my ringtone picker) can't find the new tones. And the phone won't let me move them to the SD card. Given that I don't have easy access to the app settings menu, how do I either adjust Ringdroid's storage settings or enable Handcent to find them?
