Unable to get verification code on many of the mobile in uae

On many of the mobile numbers such as below we are not geting verification codes. Even when we try to send using your transaction interface on cpanel it says pin sent successfully but we are not receiving them in the mobile numbers. Please help immediately we are waiting to finalize the integration on our site.
