Additionally, in the My Apps section of Ringcaptcha is says: Fill domain name, localhost is accepted by default so configure a different domain (e.g. ringcaptcha.com).

So why is it not working on the localhost?

You will need to add localhost domain in your app settings.

Add a new domain to the list of domains and click "Save changes".

These steps should resolve the issue.
