I just created my Rockstar Plan and don't know how to send SMS's

Hello there, 

I would like to send my first SMS campaign and I need someone to walk me through the steps of creating the SMS's, adding the numbers of my customers to send them the messages in addition to one more question: when my customers get the message, will they get the message from : My Company Name or from an unknown number.
