( There are some akhara ashuddhis in mantras which are not ashuddhis at all but are peculiarities due to Bengali vedic pronunciation and for sake of preserving those peculiarities , of Bengali vedic tradition I have not corrected mantras . Simply what they recite I have written that . Also there are patha bhedas for some mantras )

Again sip water water on your head (Three times) and with Risyaadi chant the following mantras:- Om Aapo hi Shtheti Riktrayasya Sindhudweepa RisirGayatreeshchandah Aapo Devataa Maarjone Viniyogah II

Om Aapo Hi Shtha Mayobhubastaan Urje Dadhatana I Mahe Ranaaya Chakshase II Om Yo Vo Shivatamo Rasastasya Bhaajayateha Nah I Ushateeriba Maatarah II Om Tasmaa arangamaam Vo Yasya Kshayaaya jinwatha I Aapo janayathaa cha Nah

Take some water in your right hand palm, forming it like a cow ear (or boat), bring it near your nostril and then meditate with following mantras and think that a black colour sinner man from inside your body is mixing in the water on your palm and as a result that water became black. After meditation with mantras, drop the water on your left side of the floor :-

i was looking out for this document for last 6 months.
i am doing trisandhya from 1982, but i could read from old bengali textbooks. my son will soon undergo yogyapavit ceremony and he cant read bengali script. this has come as a lifesaver for me. Dhanyavad.

A very useful manual. Some additional information. Chatterjee, Banerjee, Mukherjee, Ganguly are originally Chattopadhyay, Bandyopadhyay, Mukhopadhyay and Gangopadhyay. Their gotras are etc are same. Eg all Chatterjees are Kashyapgotra. Mukherjees Bharadvaj. Etc. They are all Samavedins. Chakrabarty, Bhattacharjee, Goswami etc have various gotras and Vedas within themselves. In the erstwhile Sylhet region there is prominence of Yajurvedis. Etc
