Convert Unix Date to Real Date

Hello Mahmoud et All...

I searched in Ring about Function while I am working on new library, but unfortunately I did not find built-in function to do this so I created my own...

So I suggest to Make   "EpochTime And The function that Convert the time and date from unix to real time and date" functions as built-in functions that works without loading any library !

Also I faced a wide-range of problems when printing Unix format In Ring ,While in C lang it is very easy to use 

for example:

printf("\033[H\033[J");

this will clear screen insteade of using 

system('cls')

This is what i wanted to mention in my message :D

Suggestion: Creating a ring package using RingPM and sharing this in GitHub 

The Ring Package Manager (RingPM) — Ring 1.18 documentation (ring-lang.github.io) 

This way we can easily install/use this code at any time.
