reply to the thread compiling sourse with VC 2008/2010 since it does not posted from there. the luck in a new message getting posted is more than a reply. it seems a "v" in the groups acting like having a brain

at last i have tried build tools for visual studio 2019 installed in windows 7/x64 and it works from its command prompt, the resulted Ring works also in windows xp/32
it is possible vs2008/vs2010 are corrupted.
