Execute cmd in silent mode

I'm using SystemSilent(cmd) from stdlibcore.ring but the black console still shows up. 

Is that normal and 'Silent' means no interaction with the user or am I wrong with the usage?

I'm on windows by the way.

Hello Irwin,

do you have sample reproducing behavior you mentioned? I tested both
systemsilent and systemcmd commands and have no issue using them.
