Orbital Lunar New Moon Predictor

    - Orbital-Lunar-New-Moon-Messus.ring

It will predict New Moon using Messus Tables to correct for orbital variations.

Which can vary within a 14 hour range in its orbit

Specify the Start and End Year 

It will output the prediction on the screen

Saves the result to  NewMoons_Start_End.csv
