Deadlink to RingLibUV page in official Libuv github repo

Hello Mahmoud,

The folks at Libuv have a dead link pointing to our RingLibUV page on their github repo, so when you click it you just land on a 404:

  

 It’d be nice if we could reach out and let them know…

The wrong link to RingLivuv documentation page:

https://ring-lang.sourceforge.io/doc1.7/libuv.html

Obviously, the correct link should be:

https://ring-lang.github.io/doc1.23/libuv.html

PS:  I tried to find a way to drop them a message or leave a comment on GitHub but no luck — maybe I should fork their repo first?

(1) They are using GitHub Issues: Issues · libuv/libuv

(2) To update the link yourself

2.1- Create a fork in your GitHub account

2.2- Update the file & commit changes

2.3- Send a pull request
