Error (R38) : Runtime Error in loading the dynamic library!

Hi, I am brand new to ring, but and old-time developer. I am trying to run ring on Linux without any success

Library File : libringqt.so

Line 16 Error (R38) : Runtime Error in loading the dynamic library!

In loadlib() in file rnote.ring

No matter what I try I can't get it to run in pop-os. I picked the ubuntu package and nothing, then cloned from git and compiled all, still nothing. Tried install.sh: nothing.

I always get the same error. What am I doing wrong?

and then re-run:

cd ring/language/src
./installdep.sh
