KV Anand once again impresses with a cleverly plotted drama that blends reincarnation- psychology- romance- destiny in quite an impressive manner, but misses out on his usual narrative strongholds, turning dull at many places. Cinematography and music were solid. Nevertheless, ends up a decent watch.

Dhanush is the energy in this keeping it together. Took a while before the movie got interesting. Also a bit difficult to follow with several generations of the lovers taking place, with totally out of place songs breaking up the flow. Only that hooligan song number in the middle fit the mood. The story picks up the second half though without ever truly coming together. But Dhanush is the man to keep your eyes on.

yep i really like reincarnation movies. i like how many different lives we get to see and how i genuinely believe they love each other in all of them (even if the medieval one had dumb outfits lol). i loved the brutality of it all and the historical contexts and how it mixed with the sillyness, and i had a great time trying to make sense of the mystery. madhu was practically sexually harassing ashwin in the present though so thats unfortunate

i had to cook while watching this so maybe i just missed it but i still dont completely get what exactly was the link between the games and the past lives things AND if those were actually her past lives or not. but who cares i had FUN. i Definitely need to watch more tamil movies

Dhanush act variety type of characters in this film and all are appreciated by audience. Story telling by Writers Su(resh)Bha(la),Amyra Dastur in the female lead role. Karthik, Aishwarya Devan, Ashish Vidyarthi, Atul Kulkarni, Mukesh Tiwari, Vinaya Prasad, Jagan and others also in this movie.Harris Jayaraj has composed the music, Om Prakash has handled the camera.
