Each Pixellu SmartAlbums license can be used to activate the software on up to two computers at the same time. SmartAlbums can be deactivated from any activated computer in case the software needs to be moved to a new computer.

SmartAlbums was built as a single-user license product. If you would like to obtain a license that would accommodate more than one photographer, please let us know by using the live chat feature on our website to get in touch with us or by emailing us at sup...@smartalbums.com.

If your subscription shows as canceled, click on Billing History and see if your latest invoice has been overdue for more than 30 days. If it's less than 30 days overdue, you can go ahead and make the payment. Once that's done, reach out to us, and we'll happily reactivate your subscription for you.

Now, if the invoice has been overdue for more than 30 days, unfortunately, we won't be able to reactivate that particular subscription. But not to worry! You can simply hop onto our website and purchase a new subscription from there.

It looks like SmartAlbums is already activated on the maximum number of computers allowed for your license, which is two. To activate it on a new computer, you'll first need to deactivate it on one of the existing ones.

We're here to make sure your SmartAlbums experience is smooth sailing, so feel free to reach out if you need any further assistance. You can either use the live chat feature on our website or shoot us an email at sup...@smartalbums.com. Happy designing!

A little over a year ago, we were introduced to SmartAlbums from Pixellu. They helped photographers all over increase their productivity by allowing them to stop hating the process of designing albums. This year, they brought us a bigger and better product, and I got to use it first hand.

The basis of SmartAlbums is a general template software. It gives you layouts and inserts the amount of photos you would like to have in it. In Version 2, they addressed almost every option that people were saying would be great to add.

In order for you to be able to get the full effect, I've uploaded a test album to the cloud proofing and you can look through it and see how your clients view it. Log in using the email smartal...@gmail.com with the password smartalbums and you can go through all the paces.

Sarah Williams is a award winning photographer in San Diego, CA. She specializes in photography for rad people and brands such as Airstream U.S.A. She has a deep love for flamingos and tattoos. If you want to know more, she's pretty honest on instagram, so check her out.

Comments:I use Smart Albums to design all my albums. It is such a huge timesaver without compromising on quality. Before being a professional photographer I was a magazine designer so I have pretty high standards when it comes to layouts, and Smart Album definitely delivers. Couldn't live without this genius piece of software!

Comments:I've been a wedding photographer for more than 33 years and have been designing albums for our clients nearly that long. From the film days to digital I have tried out almost every iteration of album design software available and SmartAlbums is the first that made it easy to actually design books in front of my clients as part of the sales process. Clean design and ability to change page templates "on the fly" real time has had such an impact on making better, beautiful and more timeless designs which ultimately makes my clients happier and our business makes more money. Producing albums for wedding and portrait clients is such big part of the income stream for our industry I really don't understand why all photographers are not designing albums for their clients especially since smartalbums makes it so easy now. I guess some photographer just like to leave money on the table.

A fast, easy and most importantly an intuitive UI takes the album design process from a chore to a pleasure. The clean and uncluttered interface keeps distractions out of sight and allows me to actually design albums right in front of my clients in real time. Other big pluses are the ability to make custom templates, custom sizes and sizes for all the album company books that I would wish to use.

Pretty much everything after. I reached out to them and I was told that I was out of luck and that I'd have to pay up more money to continue to use the software. They were happy to take a huge lump sum up front from many pro photographers and leave them high and dry later.

Comments:It saves me time, and makes me look fantastic! And my clients love the software too. I am actually proud to share this in face to face meetings when I occasionally have clients request to meet to go through their design! I also like that I can switch easily between templates and manual design for those trickier spreads.

SmartAlbums is sleek, easy to use, intuitive (for my clients also!) and just beautifully designed. I used to dread album design time because of the tricky back and forth with my clients. This software makes the process hugely enjoyable and I can now create gorgeous designs and share them at lightning speed. The integrated feedback saves so much time, no longer requiring back-and-forth between various screens. I love it! A huge time-saver and most importantly a really great experience for my clients.

Comments:Smart albums, with its intuitive software and beautiful designs put the joy back in the design and made it a thoroughly enjoyable and quick process. We can design an album in less than 30 mins. Client requested changes and approval through cloud proofing have been super easy. Unlike competitors, the change comments from clients are integrated in the design software for us to quickly make changes and avoid going back and forth checking comments. We design 40+ albums per year and that has been possible because of Smart albums. We could easily say that Smart albums helps generate additional revenue through albums.

The rebranded Macphun Luminar is now available on both Mac and Windows PCs, and delivers new lens corrections and transform tools, plus the ability to apply color look-up tables (LUTs) to still photos. The software has been retooled for faster performance when working with RAW files, too.

Picture a photographer working away with a child in a carrier on her back. This is the image many of her soon-to-be clients had of Laura Saucedo when they became inspired by her Instagram. Saucedo is a full-time, stay-at-home mom, who simultaneously runs a photo business specializing in motherhood photography and outdoor boudoir. She recently caught up with host Nikki...
