The move in date is June 1^st with 1 year contact. Looking for someone to take over the lease since my boyfriend found a job in BC.

 

The normal price for that unit (per month) is $1011 + utilities. We would like to offer $20 off per month (which is $991+utilities) for one year if you would like to take over our lease.
