The rink at Happy Wheels Skate Center is hardly a stranger to good times. Many happy hours of happy skating have happened there under the disco balls and colorful lights. But you can also have a grand, body-moving good time there without skates during a high-energy Zumba class.
Studio Fit holds classes there every day of the week (see the full schedule). The music is upbeat and loud, the disco balls are going, the rink is filled with colorful lights and Zumba dancers of all levels, and the energy is simply fantastic.
A character is an interactive entity the player controls during levels in Happy Wheels. Most characters have a special ability that is used for specific purposes, such as Wheelchair Guy's ability to speed up with the help of his jet or Segway Guy's ability to jump with his Segway. Characters may also eject from their vehicles, allowing them to be controlled independent of the vehicle; the default key for this is Z (see ejection for more information). When the character dies, the player can no longer control him/her. The in-game camera will follow the character, but if their torso gets destroyed, it will follow the heart. The camera will fix its position if the heart is somehow destroyed. There are currently 16 character types and 11 vehicles that a character will ride; all can be accessed in the game's level editor. Some playable characters have one rider (e.g. Wheelchair Guy, Segway Guy) and some have multiple riders (e.g. Irresponsible Dad, Santa Claus); characters of the second type are known as Multi Playable Characters.
Segway Guy is one of the original four characters. He rides on a Segway. He is one of the three characters with the ability to jump over obstacles, and threats like Homing Mines, Landmines, etc.
Effective Shopper is one of the original four characters. She can only be highlighted in the demo, as she is not playable (this is done to have users visit Total Jerkface for the full game). She rides a motorized scooter packed with groceries.
The Moped Couple was added on November 19th, 2010, and was the addition in V1.20. This is the second character to have more than one character on the vehicle. Their appearance is based off of characters Nino Quincampoix and Amlie Poulain from the French film Amlie.
Santa Claus was added on December 22nd, 2011 in v1.51, and is the first triple playable character to be added to the game (the second, Irresponsible Mom, was added later). He is also the largest character. He rides a sleigh that is pulled by two elves. The sleigh also has the ability to float in midair.
Irresponsible Mom was added to the game on September 21st, 2012 in v1.70. This character is the second to consist of three different characters (the first being Santa Claus). She is also the first character whose vehicle has three wheels, and her baby, seated in the basket on the front of the bicycle, is the first light weight rider to receive a boost upon ejection.
Helicopter Man is the eleventh character to be added to Happy Wheels, on December 24th, 2013 in v1.72. He flies an autogyro, making him the first character so far to be capable of true and sustained flight. There is also a magnet installed underneath the autogyro, so that Helicopter Man can use it to grab and carry objects around.
Akira Bike (unofficial name) was an unreleased character that could be found in the game before the release of Moped Couple. ThatCanadianGuy was one of the first people to notice the inclusion of this character. Since a level could not be tested using Akira Bike, there are no known controls. It is unknown if Jim will ever officially release this character.
Tuk-Tuk character is a potential character. If added, he will drive an auto rickshaw. Jim confirmed "Tuk-Tuk character [has been] added to the list of possibilities" when the Happy Wheels Facebook page reached one million likes.
In the app, there are only six characters available, five of which have levels specifically designed for them. The characters that are available are Wheelchair Guy, Business Guy, Irresponsible Dad, Effective Shopper, Moped Couple and Pogo Stick Guy.
The Stonehenge is placed directly in the middle, instead of being placed to the left, with the slots forming an arch above it. When selecting a character, you tap onto the character you wish to play as, and to confirm the selection, you press a button which is located on the bottom-right corner of the screen. If you wish to go back and exit the character selection menu, you can press a button which is found on the bottom-left corner of the screen.
Happy Wheels is an adaptation for smartphones of the classic game of the same name. Your goal is to reach the end of a bunch of levels that are packed full of deathly traps. And, you must do so by controlling different characters mounted on vehicles with wheels, namely bicycles, wheelchairs, segways, carts, and the like.
The Happy Wheels control system is perfectly adapted to touchscreens. The buttons to lean forward and backward, as well as to jump are located on the left side of the screen. Likewise, the acceleration and reverse buttons are on the right. You should also keep in mind that if you fall off your vehicle, the controls change as well.
Happy Wheels includes more than sixty different levels, all carefully hand-crafted, with increasingly complex layouts and intricate traps. They all challenge you to dodge walls of spikes, harpoons, explosive mines, blades, killer drones and much more. Luckily, there are more than half a dozen characters available (each with their respective vehicles) to try and get through all these levels.
This version of Happy Wheels, which was developed by one of its original creators, is without a doubt the best way to experience the game using your Android. The bunch of levels and characters, a good graphic section, a fun mechanic and an accurate control system, make it an outstanding title.
Well I give it 5 stars because the game always makes me laugh and pissed me off at the same time but here I have a problem and I want someone to help me: '(, I download it but when I try to install it...

There are a variety of volunteer opportunities available to adults and students over the age of 16 at our hospital. Please note that due to the volume of applications we receive, and the specific requirements of the programs we offer, we are unable to place every applicant. Below are brief descriptions of the volunteer opportunities here at MUSC Children's Health. For more information about any of these programs please the main Volunteer Opportunities page on MUSC Health.
Courtesy Cart
The Courtesy Cart goes door to door offering coffee, tea, and hot chocolate to parents in the hospital. This placement is available in two-hour shifts every morning.
Special Care Nursery
Our tiniest patients receive comfort and soothing touch from our volunteers in the level II and III nurseries. Volunteer involvement is critical for the physical and emotional development of these babies. Parents cannot always be present to provide the constant touch and interaction necessary for these babies to thrive. Placements are available in two to three hour shifts daily from 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
Unit-based Placements
Unit-based volunteers are placed on inpatient units to support staff to interact with children as well as support the clinical staff with responsibilities, such as:
Happy Wheels
Thursdays are a very special day at MUSC Children's Health! If you walk through the halls between the hours of 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., you will probably see volunteers pushing the Happy Wheels cart. This cart carries new books and toys to all of the children in the hospital each week. Each child is given the opportunity to "shop" for that something special on the cart that will hopefully make their stay more tolerable. The children look forward each week to the Happy Wheels cart coming around and stopping by their room. Volunteers are rewarded by bright smiles, and happy faces as the children choose their gift. No one wants to miss out on the Happy Wheels cart. What a difference a Thursday can make!
Family Meals
Through the Family Meals Program we serve meals to families who are staying at the hospital with their children or are commuting daily. This program meets a couple of needs:
