First, let me state the RIJ Youth Group is tomorrow 10 - 12 PM at New Jerusalem COGIC.

Second, allow me to apologize to Abundant Life.  I was too busy right before my trip with the many affairs of life to squeeze in a night to get over there for the 'Youth Explosion'. Truly it was my intent to be there for support and other reasons.  I do have a financial donation for you but money alone isn't all I wanted to do. 

 

Third, I have added a list of 'Youth Announcements' to the site.  As I speak with folks I'm learning that even when we start very early the information of youth events is not getting back into the churches. Of course, each youth president has prerogative on what to announce but I've been amazed to learn that even Six Flags' trip is suffering from lack of communication.  Tomorrow we shall brainstorm some idea of how to overcome this issue. One step I thought might be helpful is the announcement list.

 

Fourth, I deleted some of the older files to minimize clutter. I think I will keep agenda's & meeting minutes for a while.

 

Fifth, I will need a head count for the trip to Six Flags on tomorrow.  All finances will be due by 7.18.08.

 

Finally, also attached is the agenda for tomorrow - sorry for being a day late.
