I am pleased that we are able to communicate effectively. BTW,
Congratulation, Sis Thompson! You are the first person to use the site
(sending a group-wide email) other than me - LOL!

Couple of things we should all understand. If you send an email or
reply to the group every member will get an email sent to their
personal email account. It will also get posted on the site here for
archiving and further access. Anyone can send an email to the group,
start a discussion, post a file, etc. Therefore if your church is
having a function - let the group know so that we may support your
church.

Also, I am trying to get each Pastor or Pastor's wife added to the
group. I have Pastor Keith, Pastor Clark, Bishop Brown, Supt R Brown,
First Lady Griffin, and First Lady Witcher. Please those missing as
members or send me their email address and I'll add them.

Further, at the meeting we decided that 2 days before our scheduled
meeting all required communication (expected tasks, action items,
etc.) should be completed and posted to the site so every has an
opportunity to review them before the meeting. (I recommend everyone
read the 'meeting minute' documents posted - they contain whatever
decisions have been made at each meeting.)

Again further, we will need to each local church youth representative
to spread the word to the local church of what we have going on. I am
working on the flyer for the trips to Six Flags this week and expect
to post by Saturday. After a final review, each representative will
need to print and pass out the flyers. If transportation becomes a
true issue let's discuss as a group and see if we can find a
resolution; otherwise, each church is responsible for transportation.
I still need the get the Bishop's final approval before the trip is
publicized. So currently everything is tentative and internal to the
RIJYG.

Finally, I have acquired a conference bridge number that we can use at
our meetings. It is 866.428.2565 ID: 64850. We will be using this
bridge on 6/14 & 6/28 (assuming date) meetings. This will allow us to
expand the meeting to those who will not be present but available.
This will also allow flexibility for greater participation which we
need.

That does all for now...please continue to pray for God's direction
and His favor!

In His service,

Min Casey
