Thank You for allowing us to abide in Your will!

Good morning RIJYG,

Over the last couple of weeks the RIJ Youth Department has begun
structuring itself - to God be the glory. I want to thank everyone
for the tremendous sacrifices & effort to make this possible. I see
us
beginning to function. The current Youth Council consist of the
Holy Spirit, Juanita Nelson (Harvest Hope), Tami Miller
(Pentecostal), Quentin Nard (Pentecostal), Shirley Brown (Greater
Abundant Life), Joyce Griffin (All Nations), Darlene Applegate (New
Jerusalem), and Rasheed Johnson
(New Jerusalem).

I want to add a special thank you to Min Nard & Bro Rasheed - your
volunteering to help on yesterday is invaluable. Min Nard will make
calls to the RIJYG Leaders and Bro Rasheed typed the contact while I
was in another meeting. Thank you both very much.

Our next meeting is June 14, 2008 at 10 AM - 12 PM at New Jerusalem
COGIC.

Our planned activity schedule is Youth trip to Six Flags July 26th &
August 28th for a donation of $28 in advance ($32 non-advance);
Jurisdictional Picnic August 9th location still being determined; and
more to come.

The RIJ Youth Dept will need your support! Currently each church on
the
jurisdiction is not participating that is the first level of support
we need – active participation for planning. Next we need adult
chaperons for every activity, also we will require you to attend each
activity and to provide encouragement, and finally we need your
prayers. We bless God for meeting our needs!!
We will keep you posted of all the activities going on and the latest
discussions we are having right her on the website.
